Test Boards
End of line testers, whether they are ICT or functional (FKT), require the use of solid-state relays (SSR) for creating paths for applying the correct stimulus into the device under test (DUT) pins.
This fact makes Relay Boards one of the most critical parts of the system due to several considerations: reliability, simplicity, and cost. Lynx Tester has a small but sufficient set of Switch Matrix Relay Boards, each designed for a specific purpose: DUT power supply, 4-wire measurements, ICT, GPIO or the supervision of the injected signal.
CAN controlled board intended to stimulate DUT inputs. It features multiple output types:
CAN controlled, solid state-based relay board that connect each DUT pin into the DMM+ or DMM- inputs for component value measurement or voltage supervision. Up to 50 pins per board.
The DLM1615 is a software-controlled electronic load module designed for product testing in development, validation, and production within automotive and energy sectors.
It supports programmable load configurations and specific simulations for DC current, including complex current profiles, with control options via CAN or USB.
