The electronics schematic is the reference for the hardware components. From this file, all the other documents are extracted, such as manufacturing BOM and test requirements.

Embedded software is the motor of electronic products. However, only perfect motors perform excellent. For this reason, we give maximum relevance at our software embedded developments, considering trainings, advanced programming techniques, code reviews, CPU load control, UT/IT/BBT validation levels, stress testing and automotive rules, among others in order to eliminate field errors and enhance product performance.

MICROCONTROLLER EXPERIENCE
The main parameter when designing electronic products is the microcontroller. As it gives intelligence to the product, its selection must be accurate enough to avoid problems in the future. Some examples of microcontrollers used in our projects are STM32, LPC17xx, LPC11xx, Renesas, Infineon TriCore TC2x.

SW TESTING
We consider testing as important as development. For this reason, our engineers implement specific test cases to cover Unit, Integration and BBT during the development phase of the product. Stress testing, robustness testing, negative error injection and EOL are also part of our process to assure reliability of the solution.

Our main activity is related to electronic product development. However, we have introduced the capability to manage the manufacturing of electronic products and EOL testing. This way, the customer has only one company to interface from the specification to the finished product reception.

SW UPGRADE: BOOTLOADER UPGRADE
All our software developments include a firmware upgrade capability. Implementing an embedded software bootloader is mandatory for products that constantly change due to new feature introduction. Over-the-air (OTA) or parallelized via multiple CAN / Ethernet bootloaders are in our portfolio. On the other hand, we have implemented time reduction techniques in EOL process, where test time must be minimized to enhance competitivity.

RFID stands for Radio frequency Identification. It is used to trace and identify, via RF signals, the object tagged with a smart label of chip. Our experience covers any operating band (LF, HF and UHF), covering the following protocols: 125KHz automotive transponders, ISO14443, ISO15693, ISO18000, among others.

BIOMEDICAL

Smart headlights increase cars safety. Our designs for automotive Tier1 are based on NCV70522, a micro−stepping stepper motor driver for bipolar stepper motors, automotive qualified.

CAN DRIVERS
TJA1040, TJA1044, TLE9252 are interfaces between the Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controller and the physical bus. They are intended for high speed applications, up to 1 MBaud, in passenger cars. All offer excellent EMC performance and high EMI inmunity, very low current in stand-by and full compatiblity with the ISO 11898 standard.

TJA1020, TJA1021 are interfaces between the LIN master/slave protocol controller and the physical bus in a Local Interconnect Network (LIN), intended for in-vehicle sub-networks that may use baud rates from 2.4 up to 20 Kbaud.

FlexRay standard has emerged as the in-vehicle communications bus to enhance performance and achieve new challenges in current vehicles, such as advanced control and safety systems that combine multiple sensors, actuators and electronic control units (ECU) require very high synchronization degrees, with data transfers up tp 10Mbit/s.

MEMORY
