BATTERY TESTING

The charger and EOL tester for NiMh, 2700mAh batteries fit the base-station mechanics. CAN controlled, 50 chargers operate in parallel, programable charging current and internal resistance measurements.​

TRACEABILITY

Traceability of the operations at each assembly station is a must in certain markets, such as automotive or medical devices. Lynx Scheduler does it easily, associating the batch serial numbers each final product contains.​

LYNX TESTER PLATFORM​

Lynx Tester platform is compatible with any ECU. Multiple test boards can be connected into the smart backplane to validate the DUT: ICT, functional, shot-circuits, 4 wire measurements. All you need in a unique easy to use test platform.

Production figures are analyzed with Lynx Trace: variables mean values, standard deviations, test time, manufacturing productivity and KPI, reworked pieces, real time data, all in a single application for the user to see and make smart decisions.​
